Turning-return-as-received-ordinance — the first station (maqām) of the Sufi path: the act of structural re-orientation toward God, the gate through which all subsequent stations are entered. The Arabic root t-w-b means "to return" — the act is orientational (direction-change), not emotional (regret). The -me marks the turning as received: the human turns because God (al-Tawwāb) was already turning.
