Definition

Gratitude-as-increase-activator received as cosmic ordinance — the recognition that what was given is gift (not entitlement), and that the recognition itself is the mechanism by which the gift increases. The Arabic ṣabr-shukr dyad's gratitude-pole: ṣabr is "half of faith," shukr is the other half. The Qur'anic increase-promise (Q14:7: "If you are grateful, I will surely increase you") makes gratitude not merely a response but an ACTIVATOR — the anti-scarcity practice. The -me marks the gratitude-capacity as gift: the station of shukr is cultivated, but the capacity to cultivate is received, not self-generated.
