Active-restoring-justice-as-received-ordinance — the corrective principle that moves toward structural rightness. Not the state of being-just (that is kittume) but the ACT of restoring justice. The Akkadian mīšaru register: justice as the act of making-level what has become crooked, always-paired with truth (kittu u mīšaru — two divine principles that only function together), royal-mandated but not royal-originated, institutionalized as periodic social resetting.
