Attention-as-received-ordinance — the ontological quality of attention as a gift that arrives rather than a skill that is built; the first -me family member, the seed of the received-ordinance family. Paired with doxomme (glory-as-received-ordinance) as the inward-pole: attention is the capacity to see; glory is what is seen and the praise that answers. The -me marks: the attention is given, the capacity to attend is given, the recognizing-of-the-givenness is given — the recursion of gift that the entire -me family inherits.
